Because digital services and access credentials can be delivered instantly, refund eligibility depends on the product type, activation status, technical review, and customer cooperation with troubleshooting.
2. Refund Review Window
For IPTV subscription plans that include a stated quality guarantee, customers should contact us within the guarantee period shown on the product page or checkout page. Requests submitted after the relevant review window may be declined unless required by applicable law.
App activation products are reviewed separately because they may involve third-party app identifiers, manual activation, and non-reversible license or activation steps.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
A refund or partial refund may be considered when:
- The order was paid but not delivered within a reasonable time and support cannot resolve delivery.
- The service does not work after reasonable troubleshooting and the issue is confirmed on our side.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same product by mistake.

- The customer purchased the wrong plan or app activation despite the product description being visible before purchase.
5. Troubleshooting Before Refund
Before approving a refund, IPTVISA may ask the customer to test another supported app, restart the device, check internet speed, provide screenshots, confirm playlist format, test without VPN, or share the exact error message. This process helps distinguish a service-side issue from a device, app, or network issue.
6. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it is processed through the available payment route where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, crypto network, or manual payment method used. IPTVISA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7. Replacements And Credits
In some cases, we may offer a replacement line, reset, extra support, extension, account correction, or service credit instead of a refund. The solution depends on the issue, order history, and technical review.
